All watches come with a limited 2 Year Warranty covering the movement and mechanicals. Information is included with your purchase. Banneker stands behind it's products though, if you ever have a problem with your Banneker timepiece please contact us directly and we'll be happy to help you get it taken care of regardless of how long you have owned your Banneker. We want your watch to be perfect and to be a timepiece you can wear proudly for many years.
**Currently we are experiencing delays with all major shipping carriers. When you receive your tracking number by email it means your packaged was dropped off with USPS that same day. We are seeing some delays before USPS scans in packages because they are overloaded with mail this year due to the pandemic. We thank you for your patience and we will continue to do everything on our end to make sure your packages go out quickly.
We can ship watches to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products may not be available to be shipped to all international destinations. FREE SHIPPING offer applies to continental US addresses only and may be terminated at any time. Free Shipping is done via 2 day USPS Priority Mail. Most orders placed before 3pm EST will ship the same day otherwise shipping will occur with 24 hours or 1 business day of placing your order.
We do offer overnight shipping if needed. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
You may return most new, unworn items in their original wrapping within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (1 to 3 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
