Shipping Delays as a result of Holiday Traffic and Pandemic

Unfortunately we have just recently started to see some shipping delays from all major shipping carriers.  The good news is here at Banneker we have been blessed to be able to continue our operations full speed ahead throughout this holiday season and pandemic.  We continue to work seven days a week and pack and ship most orders within 24 hours (or much faster).  When you receive a tracking number email for us it means that your package has been prepared for shipping and is going to the USPS that same day.  Over the past 7-10 days we have seen increased delays from the USPS though and in some cases packages aren't getting scanned until they are close to delivery.  Please know though that when you receive tracking information from us your package is actually prepared already and headed to the USPS that day.  If your tracking info isn't showing up properly in the USPS system please just be patient as we are seeing many packages that aren't getting scanned but they are still being processed and en route.

This shipping issue is really impacting the delivery of new watches being shipped to us from our factory overseas. If you have preordered a Baller, Wenge Wood Maat (hers), or Duchess please rest assured your order is safe and being rushed here as quickly as possible. Unfortunately though we have been going through pandemic related delays overseas and are anticipating increased times with processing/customs here in the US. We are doing everything we can to rush these watches here and preorders will be filled within 12-16 hours of us receiving the watches. We expect to receive them by 12/11 but will continue to update the status here and on the product pages as we get additional information in the coming days.
